iDox.ai Refund Policy

1. Availability of Free Trials

Free trials may be offered for certain products, while others may require direct subscription without a trial option.

Whether a trial is available, and under what conditions, depends on the specific product and applicable subscription terms.

2. Trial Usage Limitations

Some products may provide a free trial with usage limitations, which can include but are not limited to:

• A maximum number of pages or tasks that can be processed,
• A limit on the number of documents,
• A capped volume of features or processing units.

These usage caps apply only to products where the limited-quota trial is explicitly defined.

3. Other products may offer a free trial without usage limitations, allowing full or near-full feature access during the trial period, subject to standard trial duration rules.

4. Eligibility Conditions

Users who have already subscribed to a paid version of a product, or who have previously redeemed a free trial for the same product category, are no longer eligible for an additional trial.

5. Enterprise-Level or Advanced Products

Free trials for enterprise-grade or specialized solutions may require prior contact with the sales team and are not automatically provided.

1. At the end of the 7-day free trial, the system will automatically activate the corresponding paid subscription, following the same upgrade logic as the current operational model.

2. Users who do not wish to continue with the paid subscription must cancel before the end of the free trial, subject to the applicable cancellation and refund grace period described below.

Users in Europe

• Users who register from Europe receive a 14-day cancellation and refund grace period, counting from the start of the 7-day free trial.
• During this period, users may cancel their upcoming subscription and request a refund where applicable.

Users outside Europe

• A 7-day grace period applies, starting from the beginning of the 7-day free trial.
• Under normal circumstances, once the paid subscription becomes active, the subscription cannot be canceled.

The refund eligibility is contingent upon the timing of cancellation.

For an annual plan that is pre-paid, a refund can be obtained if cancellation takes place within 7 days of the initial purchase.

For an annual plan paid on a monthly basis, a refund can be obtained if cancellation takes place within 7 days of the initial purchase.

In rare instances iDox.ai may, at our discretion, issue a refund if iDox.ai cannot resolve a substantial issue where the product does not conform to the product's documentation. When iDox.ai deems a refund is appropriate, the refund paid will be the purchase price minus the order processing and banking fees (5% of the purchase price). In such instances, iDox.ai requires that purchaser to provide enough information for us to positively identify the original purchase transaction (e.g., order number, company name, date of transaction, purchase code, number of licenses purchased, etc.).
